Constitutionally accredited delegates to the Annual Meeting are the following:

All ordained ministers holding standing in one of the five Associations of the South Central Conference

Lay delegates from each local church holding standing in one of the five associations, as provided by the By-laws, Article I, Section 3:  “Each church shall be entitled to one lay delegate, one additional lay delegate if the membership of the church is more than two hundred (200), and an additional delegate for every three hundred (300) members or portion thereof above five hundred (500) members..."
